Bookwove paper is typically used in text-only books such as novels, biography and non-fiction. Silk paper is best suited for books that have a lot of images and colour, e.g. cookbooks, guidebooks and textbooks.

Lamination of the cover is required. We recommend a matt lamination for a high quality finish.

'Perfect binding' is the standard book binding format for softback books. It gives a square spine. 'PUR binding' gives the same look as perfect binding but stronger and more durable. 'Wiro binding' - otherwise known as spiral or ring binding, uses coated metal wires to bind documents together. 'Saddle stitching' is where sheets are folded to make a booklet that is bound with 2 'staples' down the spine.

We can provide artwork design services for your cover and/or inner pages. For the inner pages, you supply us with the text in a Word document, and images separately. If you require this service, we will contact you separately to offer a quote.
