Orders fulfil themselves

Orders containing Print Trail products go straight to Print Trail to be printed, packed and shipped, and are confirmed automatically. No downloading orders, no re-keying addresses, no emails to the printer.

Tracking for every parcel

Progress and tracking numbers come back to the order in Medusa, with one shipment for each parcel, and your customer gets a shipment email for every parcel.

Avoid overselling

Stock levels sync from Print Trail into Medusa's inventory, including your print-on-demand titles, so your store only sells what can actually be shipped.

Pre-orders handled

Pre-order titles are held by Print Trail and released when the book goes live. Your store can show that a book is on pre-order, with its publication date.

Shipping prices at checkout

Print Trail shipping is priced at checkout from your rate cards, with prices by country if you want them.

Changes carried through

Cancellations, order edits, claims and exchanges made in Medusa go to Print Trail, stopping or changing the order before it ships wherever that is still possible.

Sell everything in one store

Only the products you assign to Print Trail are sent to Print Trail. Everything else in the same order stays with you as it does today.

Everything visible in the admin

A connection check, webhook setup, a check that your product codes match Print Trail's, and a "Needs attention" list for any order that needs a person.

Getting started

Open a Print Trail account
Set up your titles with us for print-on-demand or warehoused stock.

Install the free plugin
Your developer adds medusa-plugin-print-trail to your store, with its Print Trail API details.

Choose your products
Put the products Print Trail fulfils in a Print Trail shipping profile, with a Print Trail shipping option. New orders for them are handled from then on.
